    When I was thinking about the color scheme, I thought it would be interesting to go for a late night "right before dawn" type pallet, as it was so different from what I intended the ink version to be.

    I'm reminded of the song made popular by Laura Branigan (written by Giancarlo Bigazzi, Raffael Riefoli, and Steve Piccolo) a number of years ago, which starts out:

"Oh, the night is my world;
city light, painted girls.
In the day nothing matters,
it's the night time that flatters.
In the night, no control,
through the wall...something breaking.
Wearing white as you're walking
down the street of my soul.

I, I live among the creatures of the night..."

    I guess the subtitle of this piece would be "Death by Mouse," since it was colored with the mouse right before I received my graphics tablet last week. Now, on to other things...

Lol! And, my right hand! That is one reason I was so excited to finally get a tablet, 'cause that way I can draw and color with the proper hand (I'm left-handed).

It takes real vision to color an ink drawing of this caliber in a way that enhances it and doesn't obscure it; absolutely astonishing...

Makes me think of my idea of Chiba City from Neuromancer. Great use of colour. :D
