Not much to add except, "Ya know, Puritans really needed to expand their wardrobe colors a little..."
Oh, and a cool thing to do is to open up two windows (one with the color version and the other with the black and white version). Full view both, and by clicking between the two windows, you can see how the color affects the black and white linework). Enjoy!
I have a little question for you: How do you work?
I mean, do you start with a pencil under-drawing with everything, then ink? Or just roughly sketch with pencil and play around in ink directly? Or something else?
I was very fond of the b/w version and I also like this one I am just no sure about one thing: the difference of colours between the front wall and the side wall (I am talking about the upper part). What I really love is the character in the foreground, the one you can see only head and shoulders: the lightning and colouring really stands out!
Well in my opinion... which may not stand for much. The "back" wall is very warm, firey colors. This is also the wall that the "witches" are facing. So metaphorically, they are facing fire or death.
That may not be the reasoning, but that's what I take from it.

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 10 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
Please FULL VIEW all these amazing pieces of ART. Visit the artists pages and give them a :+fav and your support. Thank you for taking the time........
